Terms and Conditions for the Sun and Stone Collective $150 Gift Card Giveaway

1. Promoter The promoter of this giveaway is Sun and Stone Collective ("the Promoter").

2. Eligibility

• The giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.

• Entrants must reside in Australia.

• Employees of Sun and Stone Collective and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

3. Giveaway Period The giveaway will run from January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025. There will be four quarterly draws, held at the end of March, June, September, and December 2025.

4. How to Enter

• Entrants must sign up to the Sun and Stone Collective email list to be eligible for the giveaway.

• Staying subscribed to the email list will automatically enter participants into future quarterly giveaways during the giveaway period.

• Only one entry per person is permitted. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.

5. Prize

• Each quarterly draw winner will receive a $150 Sun and Stone Collective gift card.

• The gift card is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

• The gift card must be redeemed within 12 months of the issue date.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

• Winners will be randomly selected from the eligible entries at the end of each quarter.

• Winners will be notified via email within seven (7) days of the draw date.

• If a winner does not respond within fourteen (14) days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

7. Use of Personal Information

• By entering the giveaway, participants agree to join the Sun and Stone Collective email list and receive marketing communications.

• Participants may unsubscribe at any time; however, unsubscribing before the draw date will forfeit eligibility.

• Staying subscribed will ensure automatic entry into future quarterly giveaways during the giveaway period.

• Personal information provided will only be used in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

• The Promoter is not responsible for any technical malfunctions or other issues that may prevent participation.

• The Promoter will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the giveaway or the acceptance and use of the prize.

• The Promoter reserves the right to amend or cancel the giveaway at any time without prior notice.
